Kolkata (IP News). The 46th Annual General Meeting of Coal India Limited was chaired by Pramod Agrawal, Chairman, Coal India Ltd. at its Corporate Headquarters in Kolkata and was held via video conferencing in view of the raging Covid-19 pandemic.
Binay Dayal, Director – Technical, CIL, R. P. Srivastava, Director – P&IR, CIL, Sanjiv Soni, Director – Finance, CIL, S.N. Tiwary, Director – Marketing, CIL members of the CIL Board were present at the AGM at CIL Hq. V.K.Tiwari, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Yatinder Prasad, JS&FA, Ministry of Coal, Government nominee Directors joined the AGM from Delhi.
Shareholders participated in CIL’s first AGM online and interacted with the CIL Board. The queries raised by the shareholders were addressed by the CIL Board.
