Sambalpur (IP News). Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. (MCL) has formed a new administrative area “Bhubaneswari Area”. The new area has been carved out of Jagannath area of Talcher coalfields in MCL and has a capacity to produce 28 million tonnes of coal per year. A.K. Dhal has been posted as General Manager of Bhubaneswari Area.
