Sambalpur (IP News). A prize distribution ceremony for 46th Foundation Day of Coal India was organised today through online mode. BN Shukla, CMD presided over the ceremony through videoconferencing while OP Singh, Director (Technical/Operations), KR Vasudevan, Director (Finance), Keshav Rao, Director (Personnel), Baban Singh, Director (Technical/P&P) were prominent among senior officer present on the occasion.
MCL has bagged 1st prize for CSR implementation under Coal India Limited and Corporate Award for Quality Awareness: Best Opencast Mine producing more than 3 MTPA – Samleswari OCP, MCL (105.19%).
In the individual category, Sanjay Jha, General Manager, Basundhara Area, was presented award for Best Area General Manager, B Sairam, General Manager (Mining-CSR/PR) was presented the award for Best HoD and Javaid Mohammad Akhoon, Dy Manager (E&T) was presented Vigilance Excellence Award.
