Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) signed MoU with IIM, Nagpur for imparting Executive Development Training to middle and senior level executives of WCL for year 2024-25.
The MoU was signed by GM (HRD), WCL Sh. P. Narendra Kumar and Director, IIM, Nagpur Dr. Bhimaraya Metri on 08th July 2024 in the presence of CMD, WCL J. P. Dwivdi.
The said training is going to help the executives of WCL to hone their Managerial skills, which will lead to increased productivity at work and overall personality development of WCL executives.
