Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) received six awards at the 10th Governance Now PSU Awards held in Delhi.
The awards for individual achievements won by BEL Management were – “CMD Leadership Award” for Mr Bhanu Prakash Srivastava, CMD; “Finance Leader of the Year” award for Mr Damodar S Bhattad, Director (Finance); and “HR Leader of the Year” award for Mr Vikraman N, Director (HR).
Awards won by the company were for “R&D” (received by Mr Anoop Kumar Rai, CS (CRL-GAD); “Reskilling of Employees” (received by Mr Rajendra Babu, AGM (BEQI);
and “Excellence in Digital Procurement” (received by Mr Eswara Rao, AGM – IS). BEL CMD spoke at the Power Session (panel discussion) on “Navigating Leadership Challenges Sustainability & Innovation in Today’s Dynamic Landscape”.
