Bhilai (IP News). Long Service Awards at SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant were given to 1570 employees who have completed 25 years of service in the organisation on the occasion of SAIL Foundation Day in different functions organised on 23rd January and 24th January, 2021. As many as 100 Executives, 1470 Non-Executives, out of which 3 Executives and 212 Non-Executives are from mines were felicitated for completing 25 years of service in the organisation.
At a function organised in HRD Centre, Anirban Dasgupta, Director I/c SAIL-BSP, Dr. S K Issar, ED (M & HS), Rakesh, ED (MM), Rajeev Sehgal, ED (Works), Shri A K Bhatta, ED (Projects), S K Dubey, ED (P & A), Suresh Rangani, CGM I/c (F & A) felicitated some Executives of SAIL-BSP with Long Service Awards.
Anirban Dasgupta, Director I/c SAIL-BSP in his address congratulated employees on the occasion of SAIL Foundation Day, that the company is celebrating as Gaurav Divas this year. He said that we must take pride in our organisation, company and whatever work we do. Every employee goes through different phases – learning, consolidation and delivery phase, he said. With the experience and expertise that you possess, you are set for the way forward as future leaders. We must take concerted efforts to improve our Safety culture, he emphasised.
N K Banchhor, Chairman, SEFI and President- Officers Association congratulated all the awardees at HRDC. Some of the awardees shared memories of their journey at SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant. Atul Nautiyal, DGM (P-Executive Cell) compered the programme and also proposed the vote of thanks.
