New Delhi (IP News). Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) – a mine planning & consultancy subsidiary of CIL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT-KGP) to carry out analysis of coal samples from different exploration camps for a period of two years. IIT-KGP will carry out different analytical tests to determine the quality of coal samples for incorporation in the geological reports.
