Coal India has launched “Samvaad” app, a digital help desk for its employees and stakeholders across all its subsidiaries. “Samvaad” is available on the Google Play Store and can be downloaded on any android mobile. The erstwhile ’Samadhan’ will being merged into this app. Quick Response Teams (QRT) have been created at CIL Hq and in all subsidiary companies who will track the grievances and redress them.
