West Bardhaman (IP News). CIL has upgraded and renovated the casualty department of the Central Hospital Kalla in Eastern Coalfields Ltd. The upgraded casualty department has seven beds, bedside monitors and other emergency equipment. The casualty department was inaugurated by Vinay Ranjan, Director-Personnel, ECL.
