Amrit Lal Meena, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Dr. B. Veera Reddy, Director (Technical), CIL, along with Senior Officers, visited the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Organisation (CSIRO), Queensland, Australia.
Discussions were held on key areas of coal mining like Fugitive emissions, Coal gasification, Underground mining including Highwall and Auger mining, CBM, Carbon capture or sequestration and Exploration during the visit.
