Gold prices today slipped 130 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for December contracts. In intra-day trade, the precious metal was trading at 47,770 rupees per 10 gram.

Silver also declined 430 rupees to 64,360 rupees per kilogram for December Contracts when reports last came in. In the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold was up to trade at 1,790 US dollars and 50 cents per ounce. Silver prices were down to trade at 23 dollars and 90 cents per ounce in intra-day trade.
