Chairman PM Prasad, then hoisted the National flag. Speaking on the occasion, he stated that Coal India is committed to meeting the Nation’s energy needs in a sustainable manner while prioritizing safety.
He asked Coal Indians to work towards the objective of making the nation ‘Atma Nirbhar’ by reducing coal imports.
Chairman also unveiled the 16th edition of ‘Koyla Darpan’. Neem saplings were distributed to employees by our Chairman and FDs as a part of the “एक पेड़ मां के नाम” campaign.
Smt. Bimla Prasad, President CILOWS, handed sweets and snack hampers to the representative of Sukanya, an orphanage for girls in Kolkata, and also felicitated Swachhata Karmis of CIL on the occasion.
