Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) host Coal India’s 2nd HR/IR Conclave in Bhubaneswar (Odisha).
The two-day conclave was inaugurated by Shri P.M. Prasad, Chairman, Coal India, through video conferencing.
The conclave brings together HR professionals from across Coal India to discuss evolving workforce strategies, industrial harmony & inclusive development.
Dr. Vinay Ranjan, Director (HR), CIL, delivered an inspiring keynote, emphasizing unity, pro-worker policies, and continuous learning to shape a future-ready HR ecosystem.
Shri Keshav Rao, Director (HR), MCL, in his welcome address, highlighted the importance of people-first leadership and encouraged all to explore the vibrant culture of Odisha.
The two-day event will host expert sessions by eminent speakers in the field of HR/IR and panel discussions on leadership and inclusive workforce strategies — reinforcing Coal India’s commitment to progressive growth.
Around 150 officers of the HR domain from Coal India and its subsidiaries are participating in this two-day conclave.
