Ravindra Prasad, a 1997-batch officer of Indian Telecom Service (ITS) assumed the charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at NCL .
Prior to joining as CVO NCL, he was posted as Director, DoT(Hq.) New Delhi where apart from other responsibilities, he was responsible for coordination with International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
Shri Prasad holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering from Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Allahabad followed by MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Centre for Distance Learning, Ghazibad.
Having vast experience of about 27 years in the Telecommunication Sector, he rendered his services in Assam, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi at various key positions like Divisional Engineer, Telecom District Manager, Dy. General Manager & Director.
In his official capacity, he has traversed diverse corners of the globe, such as South Africa, China, Israel, Ukraine, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
