SECL CMD Dr Prem Sagar Mishra inaugurated the 4th batch of Executive Post Graduate Program (ePGP) in Management of IIM Raipur. The inaugural program was organized today at MADAI Auditorium in IIM Raipur campus in which SECL Dr. Prem Sagar Mishra was present as the chief guest.
On this occasion in his address Dr. Mishra urged the audience to embrace the challenges and to learn from them. He pointed out that facing challenges and constantly updating oneself will help one to refine, cherish, and redefine oneself.
He exhorted everyone to treat each other with love and addressed the topic of work-life balance, emphasizing that everyone’s definition of this balance will be unique. He cited some instances from the Ramayana and Mahabharata and discussed the parallels between these stories and contemporary business experiences.
Batch – 4 of the ePGP program has a total of 233 students from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations. The Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (ePGP) is designed in such a way that it minimizes disruption to work and personal pursuits.
The main objective of the Program is to prepare participants for an advanced career in management by giving them a solid foundation in various management topics that are essential for building capabilities to take on the new forms of competition.
